The Stratas Estimate Engine is a drawing-driven estimator for industrial fabrication. It reads incoming RFQ emails, parses the drawing and any BOQ spreadsheet into a structured case, prices the case against a versioned rate card, and returns an auditable per-unit cost with every line back to its basis. A missing rate is flagged, not guessed. Site welds are listed separately from the shop scope, so the customer quote stays honest.
It is built for fabricators quoting off supplier PDFs and Excel workbooks, where the estimator was the bottleneck and the bottleneck was mechanical. The engine keeps the LLM in the extraction path and out of the price math, so the rate card is versioned and the money is auditable.
