Stratas is an AI studio in Stavanger, Norway. We build custom tools and AI agents around how a business already works, put them into production, and train the people who use them. The point of them is capacity: a company gets through more work with the people it already has. What we build: market intelligence platforms, lead and prospect intelligence, quote and tender workflows, content systems, and workflow automation. Custom tools designed around how your business actually operates, then improved month by month after they go live.
How we work: nothing is automated before someone has looked at how the work actually runs. If a step fetches data, the first question is whether the data is right, because a bad process that runs faster is still a bad process.
How to get started: a free discovery session (30 minutes, call or in person, no commitment). From there: custom tools and agents built around your workflows, a part-time AI manager to run your AI initiatives, or hands-on training for your team. None of the three requires a build first, and there is no fixed order between them.
